More Messages to the Future
Remember the beauty in this earth and remember how it can be taken away if we are not aware of our actions and consequences.
To my future children,
Never before would I have said that I am one to take initiative.
Dear children of the future,
I will never forget my love for my mother, the love she had for the earth, the love the earth showed her, and the love they both have shown me.
Building the movement starts with ourselves. Continue to love the planet and treat it with the respect that it deserves, others will follow.
To My Future Children and Grandchildren…
It affects everyone. It does not spare the rich or the privileged, although those systemically oppressed and with less access to a healthy environment are at a higher risk for climate change effects.
I wish for a world where people can live side by side with people and actually get along.
Dear people: today and tomorrow
Together we can do our part to leave a cooler planet for our grandchildren’s grandchildren.
Dear Future Generation,
I promise to recycle more and reduce my carbon footprint by buying local and choosing smarter options to get around from place to place.
To My Friends, Family and Future Grandchildren,
I realize my reflection of the past, current and future state of the environment paints a grim and pessimistic picture, but I feel optimistic in our ability to turn planet Earth’s fate around if we all work together and commit to making a change.
Dear Future Self,
I hope you’re still conscious of our changing climate.
Dear little one,
In the coming months, we plan to complete a full assessment of our environmental impact online. We hope to discover our biggest areas of resource consumption, learn what we can do better, and create an action plan to improve over the next year.
To my future grandchildren,
I hope that we could manage our impact on climate change, so the beauty of our city can be maintained for centuries.
