Dear Malice,

My love

I know how important it is to take care of the world we live in.

To make the better place to you, my granddaughter and future generations.

Let’s try together. Save more energy, water, recycle, don’t waste food, be more in solidarity with our brothers and sisters around the world. Let’s create a garden together.

I really want to teach you how important it is to save the world and be more human as possible.

I would like to be with you at the time you open this message but I want you to know that I love you forever and I hope I could transfer my beliefs to you.

More Messages to the Future

To my fellow adventurers,

Don’t stop looking for adventures.

Dear Anabelle and Bruce,

My desire is for clean air, clean water, rich soil, and healthy nutritious food for you and all children always everywhere.

Dear Future Self,

I hope you got your dream job of using your business degree to reduce co2 emissions and promote sustainable energy.

Dear Evan,

What has most inspired me to act is wanting to be able to look you in the eye and say, “When I became aware of the existential threat of climate change, I did all I could.”  Despite my pessimism, I act in the hope it can make a difference for future generations and all the precious life on our fragile planet.

Queridos filhos Heloísa e Henzo,

Tenho muito orgulho da minha função (agente de fiscalização ambiental do Acre) pois é através dela que posso dar um pouco do meu suor, para que no futuro ambos possam ter um lugar melhor para viver.

Dear Annie and Eric,

I hope that this life of good things is not just yours to enjoy, but that you also have decided to fight for others to have this life, too.

Pour ma famille,

Il faut trouver le 7ème sens et se battre pour des causes justes, comme l´amour et la liberté.

Dear Tomorrow

I hope that environmental issues are a thing of the past.

Dear Tomorrow,

The road I learned to ride my bike on, the field where I kicked my first soccer ball, and the park I ate my first ice cream cone at, could all be gone.

I will recycle stuff I found.

Dear Future Generations,

I promise to make as many changes to my life as possible to make yours as great as mine.

Dear future generations,

It’s never too late to make a difference. Our actions have very real consequences. We can educate ourselves, learn from our mistakes, and take action. We can hold companies like big oil and big plastic accountable for their negative impacts on the environment. We can educate ourselves and others about what causes climate change and what actions we as individuals can take to lower our carbon footprints.
