Dear Future Generation,

I promise to be an advocate for eco-efficiency in all aspects. The Earth’s conditions are becoming volatile for life, and now, more than ever, it is essential to be mindful of how we are designing and producing goods and services. When comes down to it, Earth is the best gift humanity has ever been given and it is so important for us to protect it. This is why I am going to emphasize eco-effectiveness in all of my actions while I’m here. I want the future to be infinitely better than it is now. In order to protect your well-being, I will try to produce as least waste as possible by making something out of all outputs. Sadly, we are currently on a destructive path, but with widespread support, there is much hope for future Earth. Moreover, I will share eco-effective methodology to anyone and everyone so we can have a waste-free future.

Sincerely, Kieran Hush

Dear Tomorrow,

Don’t use plastic straws!

Dear Tomorrow,

We want to let others know about how to fight climate crisis.

Dear Isaiah,

I am grateful for your soul, for your creativity, for your empathy. All these are precious treasures that you have to offer the world. They will help. I thank you for being in this world right now, so that you can offer these gifts at a time of transition.

Dear June and Colin,

I’m sad and angry that collectively more has not been done to this date. And that still with such dire warnings, obvious impacts, those in power are acting far too slowly.

Dear Oliver,

I am getting your father on board too so that we can double charge this together.

Querido amanhã,

Sempre é bom ajudar a natureza.

Dear Levon,

I hope, as your father, I’ve done enough to instill within you how science is a wonderful adventure.

Dear Future Self,

It was 2020, the year I realized that life is fragile—not just mine, but the entire planet—through immense consumption, pollution, greediness, ignorance, false bliss. This wasn’t the way I wanted to live my life, so I promise to actively make the change.

My Dear Grandchildren,

In writing this letter to you, I am searching for ways to make my connection and commitment to you more present in my current experience

Dear Me of Tomorrow,

I plan to plant more things this spring, as we do every year in our garden.

To my future children,

It’s not enough to just recycle. I will sign petitions and call my local representatives. I will also engage in conversations about climate change – even with people with whom I don’t see eye-to-eye.

To my children,

I hope that the fervor that is building continues to build and spread and that the world has made progress to minimize the effects of our past actions.
