Dear Ayla and Maisie,

My heart breaks worrying about your future, our future. I commit to continuing the fight for our species, and all species. We must do whatever is necessary to save the Earth as we know it – stop our consumption, walk, live locally, grow food, share, stop with the plastic, eat at home, etc. I’m sorry for bringing you into such a tumultuous time, but that is part of being human.

All my love forever and always,
Mama

dear future people (:

I am writing this message to you guys. When I look outside my window today, I see a beautiful world that others and myself call “home sweet home.” The trees glimmering in warm sunlight, the air stirring a cool breeze, and the water flowing down rivers are parts of our home Mother Earth.
