Dear my friends,

First of all, I hope you are doing alright and the world is doing alright. Secondly, I promise to do whatever I can now to make the world a better place for you. And if I fail, know I tried. You are one of the amazing people in the world now who I know will always fight for justice. Maddie, you are one, Lili, you are one, Chloe, you are one. I pray we never drift apart and work towards a sustainable future, a future where we can be whoever we want and whoever we need to be. You are my world, each one of you forms part of me and I want you to know how grateful I am for each and every one of you.

“if you want to be a rainbow, put up with the rain.” Each one of you is my rainbow, never forget that.

More Messages to the Future

Caro me stesso,

Non so dove e con chi sarò nel 2050, spero che sia un anno migliore di quello appena passato .

Dear Grown up Alton and Dot,

The most important thing in my life is you, which means that as your mom – I am doing my very best to make sure that when you read this letter, Earth is a cleaner and safer place for you and your children.

Dear Tomorrow,

My climate promise: community awareness of the climate crisis.

Dear Tomorrow,

Love, help and build a future in unison that benefits and protects the whole world.

I will recycle stuff I found.

Dear You Tomorrow,

What we failed to do, at least early on, was to see how important it was to put those solutions together. To combine into a way forward.

Dear Tomorrow,

I promise composting in my house and getting an EV for my first car.

Dear Jamie and Jason,

My inspiration was the two of you. It started with thinking about the world you were inheriting and what your future was going to be like. But then you taught me how important it is to listen to you – to listen to young people.

I promise to plant more flowers.

To My Future Nephews,

I want you to see those corn fields in the north, the beautiful beaches down in Florida, and the stars in the woods at night.

Dear humankind of today and tomorrow,

I do wish to contribute as much as I can, maybe even start a ripple effect, where other people will start taking action too and inspire other people too.

Dear friends,

Rather than exploit it, destroy it, poison it, why don’t we just enhance the beauty of it, guard it, and love it?
