Dear future son or daughter,

This year I became a little more aware of how humanity has left nature and hurt it. I really hope that by 2050 when someone reads this letter, we will have solved this problem. I think of all the beautiful things like skiing or any other winter sport which will not be possible in 30 years if we are not aware of our environmental consciousness. So we have to change something to keep and safe the great opportunities offered by our planet.

More Messages to the Future

Dear next generation,

I hope that by the time you’re reading this, things have changed and people have started to protect the earth

Dear Me of Tomorrow,

I plan to plant more things this spring, as we do every year in our garden.

My dear daughters,

I will use my voice to help bring awareness about climate change.

To future Geof,

Cool, now that your jetpack is put away in your garage where you keep your flying car; how did the aliens save us from our own destruction? Did they have this hyper advance vacuum that just sucks all the greenhouse gases out of our atmosphere?

Dear Logan,

I am working every second of my life, with every ounce of my being, to ensure that I am leaving you and your brother a planet that is safe and secure.

I promise to help people! Become more aware!

Dear Lalo,

I hope whatever happens, whatever I can’t imagine that you may face, that you will continue to seek light.

Dear Thomas,

When you look at me with those big beautiful eyes and that innocent smile, you make me want to fight harder. And I do.

Dear grandkids,

I believe this fusion of ecology and economy backed by the digital technology is our great achievement.

Dear future generations,

It’s never too late to make a difference. Our actions have very real consequences. We can educate ourselves, learn from our mistakes, and take action. We can hold companies like big oil and big plastic accountable for their negative impacts on the environment. We can educate ourselves and others about what causes climate change and what actions we as individuals can take to lower our carbon footprints.

My dearest Paloma Bear,

I want the very best for you and for generations to come. There is only one planet earth. Your mommy and I will make a genuine effort to make an impact to protect it for you.

Dear future niece or nephew,

We loved hiking, camping, biking, swimming and playing as kids together.
